Bad-News Documents

Read the Leave Request e-mail below. There are several problems with the way the
e-mail presents the bad news it delivers. After you have read it once, click the Show Problems button to reveal highlighting of some of the areas where improvements could be made. Can you predict the problem identified in each highlighted spot? Finally, click the Show Comments button to reveal comments on the problems.
